Dynabrade has partnered with Renny Doyle, of Detailing Success, to bring you an all new geared dual-action polisher that cuts like a rotary and finishes like a DA. Dynabrade is excited for this partnership and the innovation this adds to their already impressive tool lineup.
I am extremely proud to deliver this tool to the detailing market. This project was a collaboration between myself and Dynabrade, the leader in abrasive finishing tools. We combined my 30-plus years of detailing experience along with their 50-plus years of innovative engineering to create a tool that is ergonomically superior and best-in-class in performance. The result is a sleek, lightweight tool with precision balance that delivers high-quality finishes. I truly believe in this polisher and look forward to training the next generation of detailers on the gear-driven DB8.
The DB8 features a powerful 1000-watt motor suited for all detail applications. The thumb controlled variable speed-dial offers eleven speed options from 150 to 350 OPM. The focus on the DB8 was a smooth running tool with little to no vibration. The DB8 is well balanced, lightweight and compact with a precision balanced design to deliver superior control. The tool is custom designed to run both a 5" and 6" backing plates. The ergonomically-designed extended handle allows for increased operator comfort with a single-action lock trigger.
Renny and members of The Detail Mafia have extensively tested this tool for the past year on special projects like Air Force One and Monterey Car Week. P&S is proud to be one of the selected partners to launch the new tool!
